Enough said, this is Max! Boy oh boy, this 3 year old is a mess. He couldn't sit still, and always looking for an adventure. It was hard for me to snap anything out of him, and the only time I got one, he gave me this crinkled nose smile :) I didn't spend too much time on this one, more or less an hour, then again, it's an easy one to draw too ^^

Thank you Martine :) That's very sweet, and you have a great week too.
DeleteYou can feel his joy.
ReplyDeleteI am glad it worked. Thanks Beth ^^
DeleteWonderfully expressive Alex. This is so much more interesting to look at that a if he was stilling still.
ReplyDeleteHaha, I have to agree with that too ;)
DeleteI can't help but laugh along with Max. What a cutie!
ReplyDeleteHehe, he is a mess really! But cute =)

ReplyDeleteI appreciate it Dan. :) Thanks for dropping by
Deleteman these portraits are the best. i love his face, so cute and cheeky. your portraits are a good reminder that the sitters dont necessarily have to be still and looking straight at you. that you've captured more of his personality in this pose than if he did sit still and smiled at you. nice one!
ReplyDelete:) Thanks!
DeleteAmazing and all in an hour!
ReplyDeleteHahaha, it's probably a little longer than that.
DeleteHello Alex, I would say Max is your typical 3yr old 'Mess'. Gorgeous capture of a happy personality, so endearing. Great as always. Oh and just do what comes next and you will do great!
